About the Author

Mrs. Patricia Louise Long-Eleby is a native of Philadelphia Pennsylvania, born in North Philadelphia and raised in the Mount Airy section where she attended Martin Luther King High School.  Never forgetting her flare for story telling, she raised two lovely daughters Keysha (Sharie) and Felicia (Nadine).  Mrs. Eleby has been nominated for the JohnP. Patterson award for outstanding volunteer services with the School District of Philadelphia.  She now resides in Germantown with her loving husband Benjamin H. Eleby II..
