*WOW!! Your website is awesome.  Thank you very much for the tools that you have made accessible to the public! (9/03)

*Brian, I just wanted to comment on the phenomenal job you have done with this web site!  I have been able to gather so much needed information and tools from it.  Even though I am not as available to attend the meetings, I am kept in the loop by accessing the site.  Thank you for the great job you are doing. (1/02)

*I just want to thank you for your ongoing efforts with QLN.  I have found this site extremely useful and I have appreciated your responsiveness to all of my inquiries, requests, etc.  Thank you. (11/01)

*Glad to see so many people are being added to the network - I use this site as a reference often.  It has also gotten me motivated to REALLY think about getting people in my state together to share ideas, offer help / support and so on.  COA uses this quote often - not sure if it's made the Quality Quote of the day ever: "Quality is never an accident.  It is always the result of High Intention, Sincere Effort, Intelligent Direction and Skillful Execution.  It represents the wise choice of many alternatives" -Willa A. Foster Keep up the great work! (9/01)

*Just wanted to mention to you that I like all of the changes made to the web page.  It is very nicely organized and I find myself using it more and more as a resource.  Thank you. (9/01)

*This is fantastic!  Congrats to you for setting this website up!  Really terrific--thanks for telling me about the site and I know that you are providing a lot of assistance to organizations and individuals struggling through TQM principles and practice! (7/01)

*Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!! I have been waiting and hoping for a site like this!!  You may want to consider adding links to the NCQA, CARF, AHIMA, - but then, I'm sure you have.  If there is any way I can assist, please let me know.  This is a wonderful site and I am very glad you are out there!!  (6/01)

*Thanks for your follow-up and response. And Brian, let me take this opportunity to both congratulate and thank you for creating the quality leadership network website. Great job!

*Thank you so much for emailing me about the Rivershore Inc. article in the Quality Progress Magazine.  It is great that others are interested in quality in social services agencies.  I signed on to the website and look forward to exchanging information and
ideas. Thanks again.

*The QLN has afforded our agency a partnership with other similar agencies focused on improvement and evaluation. Learning the accomplishments and obstacles of others' programs is priceless as we work towards improving the quality of programs in our agency.

*QLN has offered dialogue, benefit from other's experience, and receive support for a specialized area in the non-profit setting. A functioning network of quality personnel adds to our positions validity. The resource is very valuable.

*I'm envious of the network system you "Philadelphians" have. I'm thinking it would be nice to replicate what your doing out here in Iowa. Since I started this COA process, I've already been making several contacts with other QI people in accredited agencies in central Iowa. This could lend itself to the beginnings of a more formalized networking, perhaps through Quality Leaders Network.

*The QLN has offered a direct link to colleagues working on the same issues for both technical as well as professional support.
