Descriptions Location: North East United States PURPOSE: GOAL: Status Works in conjunction with state office and program office staff under the direct supervision of the State Quality Improvement Manager. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Corporation office in the compliance of information and distribution of consumer satisfaction surveys on an annual basis as determined by the survey work plan (internal and external consumers). Responsibilities also include developing a state database for this information and follow-up activities. Distribute training modules developed by ORG to the program offices. Develop and maintain a tracking system to monitor the implementation/presentation of ORG modules to staff, DSEs and agency by the program offices. Maintain the state resource library through updating manuals with ORG safety bulletins, research bulletins and training modules. Conduct research, gather program office information and assist in the production n of a statewide newsletter to recognize staff and improve communication in regard to quality issues and risk management. Identify trends in incident types and needs to Special Case Peer Reviews through a review of all Incident Reports submitted by the program offices. Assure that Incident Reports are being completed properly and in a timely manner. Facilitate a Special Case Peer Review in each Program Office at least 2x/year (Program Offices are responsible for at least one S.C.P.R. per quarter). Maintain an up to date knowledge of the policy and procedures (Agency Operating Documents) and Corporate Quality Improvement Plan as mandated by the Corporate office. ADDITIONAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in statewide workgroups to address quality and risk management topics. Assist in the quarterly utilization review of consumer charts and agency files. Attend Licensing Survey exit interviews when needed.
