to QI job descriptions) Location: North East United States PROGRAM/DEPT.: Administration SUPERVISOR: President RESPONSIBILITIES/SUMMARY: Supports the continual improvement of the quality of services that the agency offers to clients through collection and analysis of data regarding quality and quantity of services provided, and the effectiveness of those services in meeting client need. FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: Essential functions of this position include but are not limited to the following: * Participate as part of agency
management team for the purposes of overall planning, operation, and
administrative policy formulation consistent with agency philosophy, procedures,
and accountability requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: Masters Degree in Social Work PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to work with other managers and staff EQUIPMENT/TOOLS UTILIZED: Personal computer
