DIRECTOR OF QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

One of Iowa’s largest non-profit child welfare, juvenile justice and behavioral health agencies is seeking a Director of Quality Improvement. Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the agency’s quality improvement processes and outcomes and assuring that all regulatory and accreditation requirements are met. Manages day-to-day operations of the quality improvement and compliance programs, including supervision of the Quality Improvement staff.

Ideal candidates will have experience organizing and implementing performance improvement initiatives in a multi-site child welfare, behavioral health, health care or similar organizations and have experience working with regulatory and accrediting organizations in such a setting.

Qualification include: Degree in social work, health care or related field (preferably an advanced degree); 5 to 7 years of clinical and quality management experience in a health care or behavioral health organization or government agency working with such organizations.
