Confidentiality Statement
The Quality Leaders Network is sponsored and supported by Lutheran Children and Family Services (LCFS) and other social service agencies. LCFS is committed to honoring the privacy of the Quality Leaders Network members. LCFS is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA). This accreditation helps assure that we abide by the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional confidentiality. Members of the Network give informed consent to participating in the network and related offerings.

information does the Quality Network ask for and how is it used?
When you register with the Network you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your name and contact information. We ask for this in connection with registrations, and to facilitate the sharing of information and ideas between members.
- Do
I get to choose what information I disclose?
Yes, you can always choose whether or not to disclose information through the Quality Leaders Network. Certain information is required for registration, but other requested information is optional and may be given at your discretion. Currently, the Quality Leaders Network does not require that you provide any other personally identifiable information other than information needed for registration. We currently do not use "cookies" to track your use our services or to keep track of statistical information. If we use "cookies" in the future, you would be notified in advance of their use.
- Who
has access to my personally identifiable information?
We use information that we collect to make your Quality Leaders Network visit more productive and tailored to your individual preferences. We require certain specific information when you register and we store that information in secure databases. We may share aggregate data, with companies or individuals who request the information. We will not disclose your personal information (other than database membership page information) to anyone.

if I need to change the personal information I previously disclosed?
We encourage Network members to update their personal information and keep it current. You can update your personal information by filling out the registration form and identifying that the information is to update your personal information.
