Philadelphia Area QLN members began
planning this training event as a result of their network
charter outcome area related to technical training. The Philly QLN
members selected a range of potential topics and themes for the training and
then solicited feedback from network members across the nation using a web-based
survey. The most popular topics
identified by network members were chosen for development and incorporated into
the training workshops, panel discussion and theme.
