Educational Experience:

Achievements:

Developed Performance Improvement Plan at Artman Lutheran Home, which received high ratings during Joint Commission accreditation survey
*During four years as Executive Director of The Mary J. Drexel Home the facility received deficiency-free Department of Health Surveys, went from an operating deficit to an operating surplus, developed and maintained a high census, developed and implemented a five-year strategic plan that included oversight of a renovation project, obtained Medicare provider certification

Philadelphia, Social Services Analyst
Educational Experience and Achievements:
MA in Urban Studies from Temple University with a concentration in multidisciplinary quantitative data analysis and program evaluation. Previous experience includes program planning, evaluation research, and program administration in child welfare and senior adult services. Since 1997 I have been Manager of Quality Improvement and Program Evaluation for Catholic Social Services. Responsibilities include consumer satisfaction research, using both quantitative and qualitative methods,
development of systems for client tracking and outcome assessment, and staff training on topics relating to Quality Improvement.
