Philadelphia Area QLN members began
planning this training event as a result of their network
charter outcome area related to technical training. The Philly QLN
members selected a range of potential topics and themes for the training and
also used feedback survey results from the first annual training event to select
the theme.

Group: Executive Directors, Program Directors, Public Sector Managers and
Administrators, Staff responsible for Quality Improvement and Outcome
